Phaedrus is a small, supportive, personalized community where students are helped to grow as individuals to their greatest potential. The process of learning in Phaedrus always includes an emphasis on affective as well as cognitive learning. To succeed in the Phaedrus program, a student requires a high degree of self-motivation, and most students enter the program to become more self-directed, inwardly motivated learners.
