Robotics team heads to New England Premier Event

Edgemont’s Robotics wins this season include third place in the Inspire Award, the FTC New York Excelsior Championship’s highest overall honor!
They also reached the sixth round of playoffs as an alliance captain and qualified for the New England Premier Event in MA.
The team is currently ranked seventh in New York State. Earlier in the season the team won the Alliance at the Broadalbin-Perth FTC Qualifier and received the 1st Place Control Award for innovative thinking and solutions to solve game challenges such as autonomous operation, improving mechanical systems with intelligent control and using sensors to achieve better results.
