How to Report an Absence
Please be sure to contact our attendance office if your child is going to miss a class. Our attendance office is located in the main office.
The number to call is 914-725-1543. Alternatively, you can email Attendance@edgemont.org. Please note that all attendance related emails should be sent to Attendance@edgemont.org.
You will need to physically sign your child in or out of school in the attendance office if your child arrives on campus late or needs to leave before 3:07 PM.
Effective 1/31/21, all health examinations performed for public school students when they are a new student in a school district and when they enter Pre-K or Kindergarten, and grades 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11, must be documented on the NYS Required Health Examination Form or an electronic health record equivalent form which may not look the same, but presents the same information in the same order as indicated in the instructions - pursuant to Education Law:

All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th graders are required by NYS Education Law to have a current physical exam. All students in any grade who participate in sports are also required to have a physical exam. This exam expires one year from the date that it was originally done.
