Absences and lateness must be reported through Infinite Campus; either through the web-based version or the app. This approach allows for accurate and timely reporting of student attendance. 

Please ensure the school nurse receives the following official records:

• Mandatory Exams: Current physical and dental examinations for students entering grades 7, 9, 11, as well as all students newly entering the district (within the first 30 days).
• Immunizations: Up-to-date immunization records complying with state regulations.
• Medical Orders: Current physician orders for all medical excuses, specific health conditions, and daily or emergency medications.

To ensure student safety, families must immediately notify the school nurses regarding:

• Injuries and Mobility Needs: Broken bones, or any injuries requiring assistive devices such as crutches, wheelchairs, slings, or casts.
• Acute Trauma: Lacerations requiring stitches or staples, and diagnosed concussions.
• Serious Medical Conditions: New diagnoses or updates regarding chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, asthma, anaphylaxis, and seizures.

To maintain a healthy campus for all, students who are ill must remain home. A student must be completely free from fever, vomiting, or diarrhea for a full 24 hours without the use of symptom-reducing medication before returning to school. For illnesses requiring antibiotics, the student must complete one full dose of the medication prior to their return.
